Rebuilt standard operating procedures, and documented processes, tasks, milestones, and accountabilities.

Media Strategy

Advised a $50M global media company on a $6M investment into new, transformational media capabilities. Developed the case for change for the 120-year old company and provided executive guidance for the proposed transformation process. Designed new organizational structures, ways of working, and related cultural behaviors to support new capabilities.

Supported a Fortune 500 insurance company in the selection of a new policy administration system. Documented system requirements, including both technical features and user experience requests.
